Summary

We are looking for a strong
Oracle Business Systems Analyst that is highly motivated, energetic and
talented to join our worldwide IT team, to support our Manufacturing operation
in Tijuana with heavy emphasis on Shipping Support. Please apply if you are a high performer with

in the following areas: Shipping, Agile Elite, knowledge of Order Management,
In-Trade, Oracle Transportation Management, Warehouse Management, 3PL/4PL and
Logistics Management, Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM), Customs and Trade
Compliance.

Responsibilities

Responsible for troubleshooting,
analysis and high urgency resolution of all Shipping related production support
issues such as:

• deliveries that are not pick released
• pick tickets that do not generate
• inability to pack a delivery
• deliveries that are not visible in
  Apriso MES system
• providing detailed user explanation
• as required, must work directly with
  users in the shipping warehouse and much more…

Responsible for full understanding
of the underlying architecture of the shipping function (Oracle and Apriso)
including:

• Well-versed in shipping calendars
• Containerization, how to pack
• Shipping sources, e.g., Inter-co and inter-org shipments
• Serialization of products
• Ship methods
• Strong knowledge of inventory
  architecture (setups, shippable items, invoiceable items, item master setups
  and ability to troubleshoot settings that are root cause of issues)
• Possess basic understanding of Order
  Management, e.g., order booking, what type of orders get shipped, knowledge of
  Standard Items, Service Items, PTO component shipping
• Understanding of In-Trade and
  cross-border goods processes and rules
• Contribute to Solution design,
  prototype configuration, solution documentation and testing
• Configure Workflows, User Roles,
  User Menu, Screen Sets, VPD’s, Manager Layouts, Advance Layouts, and schedule
  reports
• In-depth understanding of
  import/export compliance processes
• Simulate production support issues
  in a non-production environment and QA/test the resolution with business users
  before migrating changes to production.
• Contribute to the on-time and
  satisfactory delivery of projects.
• Other activities as needed.

Required Education, Experience, Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information
  Technology or related field
• Must have 8+ years’ experience in IT
  industry preferably with 5 years of functional support experience in working
  with Oracle EBS R12.1.3
• Must have hands-on experience with
  Shipping, Agile Elite, In-Trade, Warehouse Management and Oracle Global Trade
  Management functional and technical support
• Knowledge of Apriso MES system is
  huge plus
• Strong configuration of key GTM
  functional areas RPS/License/Document compliance rule etc.
• Profound knowledge of OTM XML
  Schema, DB Data model in 6.x and ETL Processes around OTM working knowledge of
  6.1.x preferred
• Understanding of Oracle GTM
  integrations with OTM/EBS/ERP and GTM, and experience with implementing and/or
  supporting interfaces and other third-party applications to/from Oracle EBS
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize
  and operate in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Ability to manage small projects and
  coordinate activities with multiple individuals/teams
