We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with experience in IT services to build out the function in our growing organization. A successful individual in this role is obsessed with understanding the needs of our customers and delivering the best possible experience in line with our company goals. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking and managing our system health monitoring and cyber security service offerings from idea to end of life, including rollout, training, product performance management, and reporting. Job Description & Responsibilities :
- Own client’s products and services related to system health monitoring and cybersecurity
- Meet regularly with external users and internal stakeholders to ensure we are building the right products, tracking success metrics, and communicating developments
- Influence peers and leadership, leveraging insights from various sources, including product performance metrics, research, customer support, and competitor/industry research
- Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in-depth, be the go-to-expert about your products and their differentiated features
- Prioritize product roadmap
- Develop product training materials and lead product training sessions.
- Implement product management processes and supporting tools
Skills & Qualifications :
- Proven product management experience required
- Experience with IT services and cybersecurity products is strongly preferred
- Management experience preferred
- Exposure to security-related electronics, IOT preferred
- Skilled in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated strength in leading through influence
- Ability to produce and present presentation-ready documentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management and time management skills
